Information Event to explain exactly what an Opus Integrated Retirement Community will provide

Having submitted plans for an Integrated Retirement Community to Chelmsford City Council, Opus are holding an Information Event on Thursday 9th November so that people can learn more about what an Opus Complete Later Living Community is all about.

The Opus senior management team will be on-hand to talk to visitors about the wide choice of retirement accommodation available as well as explaining the outstanding facilities, services and support packages that will be provided.

Opus managing director, Paddy Brice, said: “There is a major undersupply of purpose-built retirement housing, not only in the Chelmsford area but throughout the country. There is also a lack of understanding on what a retirement village such as the one we propose to develop at Little Waltham comprises.  

“The Information Event is a chance for people to meet the Opus team, view example floor plans and computer-generated images of the development as well as finding out about the fantastic facilities proposed such as the O’Spa which includes a swimming pool, exercise studio and hair and beauty salon.”

The Information Event is being held at The Waltham Barns at Little Channels on Thursday 9th November, 10.30am – 8.00pm.
